Inside Sales IT Security (m/f)(part- or full-time employment, location: Munich)
Your challenge
- Support our presales team as a call center agent and advise our current and future customers on our entire indevis product and service portfolio
- Contact person for contract management of our customer´s support contracts
- Coordination test environments
- Help to implement new sales controlling tools
- Support us in marketing activities as well as in tradeshow pre- and aftersales activities
Your profile
- You have excellent communication skills and love using them
- Good knowledge of products and solutions in IT and network security
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of new technologies
- Talent in organizing and a result-oriented approach
- Like working in a young, dynamic team

- Customer and support-oriented thinking and a competent demeanor

Developing customer-specific and complex solutions in the area of network and security. Implementing and integrating such solutions at our customers' sites and providing support in the operation of our solutions.

- Firewalling (statefull inspection, access lists, etc.)
- ISO reference model
Good knowledge
- Windows 2003 server
- Exchange 2000/2003, etc.

- Backup und restore
- MS Office, Visio, Outlook, Windows Client OSs
Basic knowledge
- Linux
