RMA Service



Hardware Change / Repair / Warranty / Returns



The RMA (Return Material Authorization) process is used for structured return of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.

For the correct operation of hardware replacement, repairs, warranty returns or other transactions, we ask our customers to observe the following procedures:

  1. In all cases mentioned above, please call our hotline:
    Phone: +49 (89) 45 24 24-100. Here you obtain your own individual RMA number
    . We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number.
  2. Please complete the RMA form (Download RMA-Form) completely and enclose it to the returned goods.
  3. Please send the goods in their original packaging (incl. carton) to the follwing address:

    D-80336 Munich
  4. Our indevis support team will take care of everything else and keep you up to date.

Depending on your service level agreement (SLA) you will receive a replacement unit from us.
