Our hotline support is a single point of contact for all fault reports and change requests. It coordinates and provides central access to all necessary resources from indevis and our vendors - you always have a competent contact person to handle your problem.
Each fault message and change request is a “ticket” that is documented and monitored. With the ticket number you always have access to the latest processing status of your issue.
Our helpdesk is available Montays to Fridays from 07.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. We are available 24x7 to our "Gold Customers".
When calling our hotline please provide the following data:
- Customer name / company
- Contact person
- Service contract number
- Location
- Serial number of the affected unit
- Error description
